Yoga Every Day

Am I the last person on the planet to discover Yoga Today? If not, it’s a beautifully produced, cost-effective alternative to pricey yoga studio classes. Each lesson is an hour long, focused on a different type of practice, and filmed in some gorgeous part of Wyoming. (Having never been to Wyoming except to visit Yellowstone, I now understand why people live there.)

Today’s lesson is a vigorous ashtanga class. It’s helpful to have a prop or two, but otherwise the lessons are easy to follow.

Comments:

Since I am now the last to know, you can be no later than the penultimate knower ... probably soon the antipenultimate knower ... and it’s down hill from there. Soon you’ll be near the top of a much longer list ... but I digress.
