Mission accomplished, indeed
Five years ago today, President Bush stood on flight deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln and announced that “major combat operations in Iraq have ended.” (Only 96 percent of the Iraqi War casualties have occurred since then! Gee, thanks, Mr. President!)
