New blog - Salad Days
I’ve always eaten pretty healthfully (or so I thought). Then I picked up Dr. Fuhrman’s book Eat to Live. A good subtitle for this book would be “unlearn everything you ever knew about nutrition and eat what is really right.”
I am so passionate about the nutritional philosophy described by Dr. Furhman, that I started another blog. (It was also a partial response to my daily salad posts on Facebook and people begging me for salad recipes.) If you are interested, the new blog is at http://saladdays.nwoutdoorgrrl.com.

Kim Kobata is reading “The China Study” on our trip. If you haven’t heard of it, you might want to look it up. I believe it would interest you. It sounds to match the story of Eat to Live.
I’ve read it. Awesome stuff. A lot of what Joel Fuhrman writes about is based on Colin Campbell’s work.
